This is an entry level position for recent mechanical engineering (or similar technical degrees) graduates with little practical experience but show potential through education or other manufacturing work related experiences. To provide engineering support for plant systems for equipment and facilities. Ensures mechanical systems and components meet required specifications for safety, economy, reliability and sustainability. Designs, coordinates and implements mechanical systems, evaluates, selects and applies mechanical engineering techniques, principals and procedures to ensure the highest quality product is produced. Prepares complete documentation related to projects.

POSITION PURPOSE: To develop, modify and troubleshoot machine PLC controls and processes to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and reliability.  Work with various phases of automated control projects such as:  design, estimating, soliciting quotes, negotiating contracts, developing schedules and budgets, implementing, modifying, and troubleshooting.  

This position will establish and maintain factory recipes and parameters of mixing or each component. Assist in the resolution of material process problems. Monitor compound processing in using departments and assist in resolving process issues.   Travel requirements: Up to 4 months overseas training and one month training in Continental U. S.

This position will support product development initiatives by supporting the technical teams through maintenance of documents and assisting in the resolution of material, construction, or process problems. POSITION PURPOSE:  Drive industrial forklift truck to lift and move pallets of raw materials from trucks and containers to the RM warehouse.  Follow SOP’s for Receiving, Storing, and Dispatching Raw material and Indirect material.

The Maintainence Technician assures that equipment is maintained for maximum available production capacity.

Responsible for the operation of production equipment according to safety standards, standard operating procedures, in-process control standards and other related standards to ensure product quality with the right quantity and on time delivery.
