This Transportation Planner is responsible for supporting customer service requirements and communicating all service issues to DC management, customer service, and customers. Position also coordinates schedules & deliveries with carriers, develops cost improvement opportunities, ensures compliance with the transportation routing guide, and shipping of all orders in a timely manner.

This position is responsible for performing all warehouse functions in a safe and timely manner. The CAD Engineer II is responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and design documentation to support tire product development. This role bridges product engineering and CAD expertise, ensuring that tire designs meet Engineering specifications, manufacturability, and regulatory requirements. The position requires technical skills, CAD proficiency, and the ability to work independently on moderately complex design projects while collaborating with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams.

The Sr. CAD Engineer I is responsible for creating complex drawings and 3D models with minimal to no assistance. The Distribution Center (DC) Supervisor plans, administers, and supervises the warehouse workforce to complete daily warehouse activities and to meet daily productivity standards. This person ensures that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained. The DC Supervisor is responsible for load planning/scheduling shipments with carriers and coordinating internal requirements with management to support the customer’s delivery requirements. To provide engineering support for plant systems for equipment and facilities. Ensures mechanical systems and components meet required specifications for safety, economy, reliability and sustainability. Designs, coordinates and implements mechanical systems, evaluates, selects and applies mechanical engineering techniques, principals and procedures to ensure the highest quality product is produced. Prepares complete documentation related to projects.

This position will establish and maintain factory recipes and parameters of mixing or each component. Assist in the resolution of material process problems.
