The Test Technician I is an entry level position that is responsible for performing various tasks in the Tire Testing Department. These tasks range from tire testing support functions to basic tire tests such as measuring tire dimensions.
This position is responsible for performing all warehouse functions in a safe and timely manner. These functions include but are not limited to; picking and checking outgoing shipments; put away inbound and returned products; loading and unloading trailers; pallet assembly; maintaining a clean and safe work environment, operating equipment safely.
This position is responsible for achieving sales objectives, pursuing new business, growing existing customer business, maximize penetration to increase Market-Share within an assigned territory that may include in store share in both fleets and dealers if needed. In addition, this role may be required to identify, solicit, and obtain long term strategic business to include large fleets and potential dealers.

The Distribution Center (DC) Supervisor plans, administers, and supervises the warehouse workforce to complete daily warehouse activities and to meet daily productivity standards. This person ensures that a safe and healthy work environment is maintained. The DC Supervisor is responsible for load planning/scheduling shipments with carriers and coordinating internal requirements with management to support the customer’s delivery requirements. The DC Supervisor also oversees delivery scheduling and coordinates shipping and delivery schedules to obtain the most efficient use of resources.
POSITION PURPOSE:
To develop, modify and troubleshoot machine PLC controls and processes to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and reliability. Work with various phases of automated control projects such as: design, estimating, soliciting quotes, negotiating contracts, developing schedules and budgets, implementing, modifying, and troubleshooting.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
Ability to travel for training assignments to overseas facilities or corporate headquarters.

product analysis during tire development. This position will work in a team environment, seeking solutions to technical
challenges, introducing new products for the marketplace, and utilizing lean principles to enhance global standards and
processes.

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, your solutions will ensure machinery is operational for smooth production. With over 2,000,000 square feet of factory floor, you will be presented with new challenges daily that test your maintenance troubleshooting, repair, and time management skills.
This is an entry level position for recent mechanical engineering (or similar technical degrees) graduates with little practical experience but show potential through education or other manufacturing work related experiences. To provide engineering support for plant systems for equipment and facilities. Ensures mechanical systems and components meet required specifications for safety, economy, reliability and sustainability. Designs, coordinates and implements mechanical systems, evaluates, selects and applies mechanical engineering techniques, principals and procedures to ensure the highest quality product is produced. Prepares complete documentation related to projects.
This position will establish and maintain factory recipes and parameters of mixing or each component. Assist in the resolution of material process problems. Monitor compound processing in using departments and assist in resolving process issues.
Travel requirements:
Up to 4 months overseas training and one month training in Continental U. S.

The Maintainence Technician assures that equipment is maintained for maximum available production capacity.
Responsible for the operation of production equipment according to safety standards, standard operating procedures, in-process control standards and other related standards to ensure product quality with the right quantity and on time delivery.
