POSITION PURPOSE:
To develop, modify and troubleshoot machine PLC controls and processes to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and reliability. Work with various phases of automated control projects such as: design, estimating, soliciting quotes, negotiating contracts, developing schedules and budgets, implementing, modifying, and troubleshooting.
This position will establish and maintain factory recipes and parameters of mixing or each component. Assist in the resolution of material process problems. Monitor compound processing in using departments and assist in resolving process issues.
Travel requirements:
Up to 4 months overseas training and one month training in Continental U. S.
