As a Production Team Member, you are the frontline eyes, ears, and hands of our product. Through the operation of heavy, industrial machinery, you will play a vital role in producing tires at the Yokohama standard. As a Production Team Member, you will work side-by-side with other operators, management, and maintenance to ensure our facility is producing the highest quality product possible. In doing so, you will be responsible for:

• Strictly following and abiding by all safety guidelines and procedures at all times to ensure the safety of yourself and your teammates
• Adhering to the YTMV standards of quality by completing thorough quality checks, inspections, and taking ownership of your work
• Maintaining machine productivity to reach daily, weekly, and monthly production goals
• Reading, understanding, and following Standard Operating Procedures
• Troubleshooting mechanical and/or machinery issues and recommending countermeasures
• Reporting any unsafe working conditions, causes of defects, or machine abnormalities to a Supervisor immediately
• Completing daily reports and other check sheets for traceability purposes
• Maintaining proper handling and usage of machine and equipment, tools, support materials, factory supplies, and other utilities to maximize efficiency
• Complying with company rules and regulations
• Helping to maintain a positive and clean working environment

• Prior work in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus
• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Familiarity (or an interest in learning) mechanical processes and machinery
• The desire to work in an industrial environment with physical job demands
• Experience reading and following Standard Operating Procedures
